I'm going to try to log all of my miles in this year, wish me luck! But I ran three miles today in Page where my grandparents live. It's a little chillier here, but not too much. I was bad and ran with music, it really helped me not to focus on the huge breakfast I had just eaten. I'm still a little sore from Friday, I ran six miles including formaster. basically I was just trying to beat out my sister who ran that the day before. I wanted to prove  "I'm the cross country runner! whatever you can do I can do better!" which isn't necissarily the best way to look at it, but if it's the competition that makes me push myself, then great!
